I had never even played DA:I on pc before so when i launched the game for the very first time it told me that i dont have access, it also doesnt even show up in my library, whereas Dragon Age 2 (bought at the same time and just finished playing) worked instantly without any issue aside from some dlc stuff i sorted out later.
