On Tuesday I filled my TD5 Disco to the brim (pump cut-out actually) and drove 110 miles to escape Christmas. 60-ish miles motorway, the rest on little country roads. Today drove the same route back home. 220 miles, and the fuel gauge is now showing clear over three-quarters, even after switching off and starting up again later.

Priced at $48,990 and $50,990 respectively, the only options available areAt the low tank level the resistance was ~0.8 ohms. On both units the low level warning circuit only came on at a very low tank level, quite correctly, and the resistance was ~0.4 ohms. Raising the float arm and the circuit went open. The resistance over each of the gauges was also Niutis.
